Details: Summary:The  research, plan and prepare new manufacturing programs including manufacturing and tooling plan for assigned projects.  Originate and develop new manufacturing and tooling concepts; provide liaison between Estimating, Planning, Tooling, and Fabrication Departments; prepare reports showing results and endeavors in the development of new manufacturing and production techniques.  Application of production methods and fabrication techniques.  Perform related work as required. Plans and carries out policies and procedures for manufacturing operations to optimize production techniques employed in the manufacturing departments.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following and all other duties as may be assigned.
